SIMPLE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. LANDLORD AND TENANT
This rental agreement is entered into on [AGREEMENT DATE] by [LANDLORD FULL NAME] ("Landlord") and [TENANT FULL NAME(S)] ("Tenant").

2. RENTAL PROPERTY
The Landlord rents the following home to the Tenant for residential use:

3. LEASE DATES

4. MONTHLY RENT

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT
